Hours (to start):
  • The Porch is open 7 days a week
  • Shifts are scheduled by management
  • Daytime availability is preferred
  • Some flexibility is available as schedules are built
  • Ideally, shifts will be no less than four hours
What we're looking for:
  • Retail experience required
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Dependable, mature, and self-sufficient
  • Able to stay productive when working independently
  • Someone who notices what needs to be done and handles it
  • Comfortable chatting with customers, building rapport, and offering thoughtful help — The Porch is a conversational place, not a silent shop.
  • Ability to fluff, rearrange and set displays as needed - we are always changing things up and around throuought the store.
Responsibilities Include:
★ Additional leadership or supervisory responsibilities may be discussed in person for qualified candidates.
  • Register / POS
  • Customer service
  • Light cleaning & tidying
  • Merchandising, fluffing, and straightening displays
  • Regular trips up and down stairs (second floor access is required)

👉 Applicants must be comfortable with stairs. This is not optional.
